Refunds & Returns

We all know sometimes it can be a bit hit and miss when shopping online, that is why we offer our customers the following options:

Refunds

If an item is faulty or if you have selected the wrong size and an alternative size in the same style is unavailable, we will fully refund you for the purchase.

The refund must be requested within 7 days of the date of purchase and the item must be received by Indecisive for a refund to be issued.

Exchange

For exchanges, items need to be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase and all tags and labels must remain in place. We will then ensure that the new item is shipped within 7 days.
